Budge may link to or integrate with third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You use them at your own risk.
Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between you and them. Budge is not liable for any resulting losses or disputes.

Budge may offer AI-powered tools. AI results may be inaccurate and do not replace professional advice. Use AI-generated outputs responsibly and verify important information before relying on it.
You may delete your account anytime. Budge may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, especially, but not exclusively, in cases of Terms violations. Deleted accounts may result in data loss.
Services and content are provided "as-is." We make no warranties, express or implied. Budge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Budge harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms. You access the Services and all Content at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
